"I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been a customer of Rudy Ables for 10 years with multiple policies. I asked for an estimate to change my vehicle's policy. Cynthia promptly answered my email with the necessary information and I politely declined the changes. Docusigns were sent my way and I reiterated that I declined any changes. Little did I know, Cynthia and Rudy Ables had started a new policy WITHOUT my approval and signatures. I have been battling with them for 2 weeks and it still has not been reverted to my original policy. I have yet to receive an apology from anyone. This is incredibly unprofessional and probably unlawful. Stay away."

All the information was entered in order to get a quote and then submitted by mistake. Cindi tried to reverse it the same day, but it was too late. It had already been submitted to our home office. We do not process these changes in our office, they are done in our home office. So, unfortunately that is a slow process. The correction has been completed and the billing will soon be corrected.
